Local use: Apply a small amount directly to the area of concern, or add a small amount to your toothbrush before your toothpaste and brush as usual. Preferably, do not rinse the mouth or eat or drink within one hour of the application.

Daily hygiene: Apply a small amount of gel to the toothbrush, then add toothpaste and brush teeth as usual.
