Recommended use: To relieve occasional constipation.

Oxyplex reduces the number of pathogenic intestinal flora, particularly anaerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria, through the release of reactive oxygen species. It controls the symptoms of a wide spectrum of intestinal diseases such as Roemheld (gastrocardiac) syndrome, acute gastritis, enzyme deficiency, dysbiosis, dyspepsia, enteritis and flatulence. It may be prescribed for occasional relief of constipation and as a bowel evacuant for diagnostic and therapeutic indications.

Medicinal Ingredients (each vegetarian capsule contains):

  • Magnesium hydroxide . . . 450 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methycellulose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.

Take 8 capsules once per day. Take with a full glass (250 ml) of water or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Oral dosage produces bowel movement in ½ to 6 hours.

  • Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Do not take this product simultaneously with other medications.
  • Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting (this refers to sign of appendicitis or inflamed bowel).
  • Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function.
  • Do not take any type of laxative for more than one (1) week unless your physician has ordered a special schedule for you.
  • Should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
